La Ferme les Péchés Moutons is a family business established 10 years ago in Bonsecours. It proposes a fine tasting and amazingly tender lamb produced by a flock of 300 ewes. The animals are raised according to rigorous practices, respectful of their well-being and the environment. The herd’s management allows us to ensure a steady supply of meat to our clients with an annual production of around 600 lambs. A great variety of cuts is offered and vacuum packed in practical formats. To produce exceptional lamb many factors such as the age of the lamb when slaughtered, the ageing of the meat and the expertise of our butchers are respected. Beyond its reputation as refined meat, lamb is also rich in proteins and an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. An integral part of many culinary traditions around the world, demand for lamb is increasing in Québec unlike the demand for other red meats. Many chefs in the Townships are excellent ambassadors of our lamb and testify to the quality of the cuts and the personalized service.
