Saturday May 26, 2018 will mark the beginning of the ninth season of Racine’s Marché Locavore. More than 20 producers will offer their delicious products: organic vegetables, lamb, guinea fowls, chicken, free-range eggs, pork and beef, rabbits and wild boar, all kinds of pâtés, organic bread and pastries, cold cuts, raviolis, fresh pasta and sauces, pastries, wine, juice and preserves, herbs, honey and olives, fruits and products from cranberries, elderberries and sea buckthorn. Events such as Printemps rosé, Rouge en fête, Festiv’ail, Locavore BBQ and pancake breakfasts enliven the Marché on a regular basis. Each week, artists (singers, musicians, etc.) give shows and artisans present their new creations. An opportunity you won’t want to miss!
